A2 Governance
Door stichting Deltaplan Biodiversiteitsherstel is een leidraad voor gebiedsgerichte samenwerking ontwikkeld. Ook wordt momenteel onderzoek gedaan naar welke vormen van gebiedssamenwerking succesvol zijn, en welke succesfactoren hier geïdentificeerd kunnen worden.
Biodiversiteit is het meest gebaat bij samenwerking tussen alle grondgebruikers in een gebied en bij het op elkaar afstemmen van hun praktijken. Door te focussen op samenhang binnen een gebied, wordt versnippering van de inspanningen voorkomen. Versterkte samenwerking in een gebied tussen verschillende grondgebruikers, overheden, boerenorganisaties, maatschappelijke organisaties en marktpartijen is een belangrijke voorwaarde voor succes.
Voor elk pilotgebied is daarom een bestuursstructuur (governance) ingericht, passend bij de lokale situatie. Doel is een gecoördineerd beheer van een natuurgebied en het omliggende landgebruik om zo de Natura 2000-doelstellingen te realiseren.

Nieuwe onderzoeksresultaten gepresenteerd op symposium Klimaatadaptief Bermbeheer
Afgelopen dinsdag, 22 april, vond op de Wageningen Campus het symposium "Klimaatadaptief Bermbeheer" plaats. Tijdens dit evenement presenteerden onderzoekers van Wageningen Universiteit nieuw wetenschappelijk onderzoek dat aantoont hoe klimaatverandering de functionaliteit van bermen beïnvloedt, met name op het gebied van bermbranden en biodiversiteit. De onderzoekers benadrukten hoe een goed afgestemd maaibeheer deze negatieve effecten kan verminderen.

Het doorbreken van juridische drempels voor natuurinclusieve landbouw
Steeds meer boeren willen op een natuurinclusieve manier werken, maar lopen daarbij tegen diverse juridische obstakels aan. Dit blijkt uit een rapport van Partners for Innovation, opgesteld in opdracht van het Ministerie van Landbouw, Visserij, Voedselzekerheid en Natuur (LVVN) in het kader van LIFE IP All4Biodiversity. Het rapport beschrijft niet alleen deze knelpunten, maar biedt ook concrete oplossingen om natuurinclusieve landbouw beter te faciliteren.

Start subsidieaanvraag aanleg landschapselementen
De ambitie van het Aanvalsplan Landschap is helder: het landelijke gebied moet voor ten minste 10% uit landschapselementen bestaan. Stichting Deltaplan Biodiversiteitsherstel heeft deze visie stevig op de beleidsagenda gezet en nu is het tijd om concrete stappen te zetten. We roepen organisaties op om samen landschapselementen aan te leggen. Meld je project nu aan en help het landschap versterken!

‘Samen voor Biodiversiteit’ Innovatiefonds steunt zes projecten voor biodiversiteitsherstel
Vandaag, woensdag 21 augustus, hebben zes vernieuwende projecten voor structureel biodiversiteitsherstel in Nederland een financiële bijdrage gekregen uit het ‘Samen voor Biodiversiteit’ Innovatiefonds van de Stichting Deltaplan Biodiversiteitsherstel. In de projecten werken burgers en andere grondgebruikers samen om de biodiversiteit gebiedsgericht te versterken.

Impuls groenblauwe dooradering: stuur je project in!
Met het Aanvalsplan Landschap heeft Stichting Deltaplan Biodiversiteitsherstel een belangrijke rol vervuld om de ambitie van 10% groenblauwe dooradering (GBDA) in het landelijk gebied op de beleidsagenda te zetten. Dit is een belangrijke mijlpaal, en nu willen we deze ambitie in de praktijk realiseren. We willen gezamenlijk hier een impuls aan geven en zijn daarom opzoek naar projectvoorstellen. Werkgroep Gebiedsgerichte Samenwerking Deltaplan op werkbezoek in de Bollenstreek
Maandag 8 juli bracht de werkgroep Gebiedsgerichte Samenwerking van het Deltaplan een werkbezoek aan Living Lab B7 in de Bollenstreek. Een waardevolle middag met interessante sprekers.
